Amazia is an app for learning the Amazigh languages. This policy explains what data is handled, and how.
Amazia works without an account and collects no personally identifiable information: no name, no email address, no phone number.
Pronunciation exercises let you record yourself and compare your voice with the speaker's.
These recordings never leave your device. They are not transmitted, not analysed by any third party, and not kept after the exercise. iOS asks for microphone permission, and the app works without it: pronunciation levels remain available to listen to, simply without the option to record.
Amazia shows ads served by Google AdMob:
These ads may collect technical information: device model, iOS version, advertising identifier. See Google's privacy policy.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form appears on first launch and lets you accept or refuse personalised advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the app's settings. Refusing does not prevent you from using Amazia.
People who have purchased Amazia Premium see no ads at all.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. No payment details ever pass through Amazia.
The "Report a problem" feature opens your Mail app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent without your confirmation, and Amazia keeps no record of reports.
Amazia is suitable for all audiences and knowingly collects no personally identifiable information from minors. The app is not specifically directed at children within the meaning of app store rules.
